Benjakitti Park
Benjakitti Park, located in the Khlong Toei district near the Asok BTS and Queen Sirikit National Convention Center MRT stations, offers stunning views of the city skyline and features a large lake perfect for boating. The park has well-maintained paths for jogging and cycling, making it a favorite among locals for evening strolls and morning runs.
King Rama IX Park
This expansive park, named after King Rama IX, features a large lake, botanical gardens, and beautifully manicured landscapes. It's a bit further from the city center, making it a less crowded and more peaceful destination for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. King Rama IX Park is located in the Suan Luang district, accessible by taxi or a short bus ride from the Udom Suk BTS station.
Lumphini Park
Lumphini Park is my favorite, as it is home to some incredibly friendly monitor lizards and feels like a massive oasis in the heart of the city. The park is also perfect for sports, featuring a dedicated running track that attracts fitness enthusiasts. Once, while traveling, I fell asleep in the park and woke up next to a monitor lizard. Talk about a wake-up call! 😄
Chatuchak Park

Adjacent to the famous Chatuchak Weekend Market, Chatuchak Park is an excellent spot to relax after a day of shopping. The park is adorned with beautiful gardens, walking paths, and even a butterfly garden, providing a peaceful retreat in the midst of urban chaos. Chatuchak Park is located in the Chatuchak district, right next to the Mo Chit BTS and Chatuchak Park MRT stations.
Queen Sirikit Park

This botanical garden is known for its diverse plant species and beautifully landscaped gardens. Queen Sirikit Park is a haven for plant lovers and offers a tranquil environment for a leisurely walk or a quiet picnic. The park is located in the Chatuchak district, close to the Chatuchak Park MRT station.
